Day 1: DEPART THE UNITED STATES
Depart your hometown and take an overnight flight across the Atlantic. Enjoy inflight entertainment and meal service as you travel to start your vacation.

Day 2: DUBLIN ARRIVAL
After landing at Dublin Airport complete customs and immigration formalities. Your CIE Tours driverguide will welcome you to Ireland and escort you and your luggage to the coach. Next set off on an orientation drive around Dublin city center. See the main thoroughfares of OConnell Street Nassau Street and some lovely public parks as you pass by many historical sites. Stop to tour Guinness Storehouse to see exhibits on how this worldfamous stout was first created and why it is so popular today. Finish your visit in the rooftop bar where you can sample a draft of Guinness. Motor a short distance to your hotel check in and enjoy the remainder of the afternoon at leisure. In the evening join your fellow travelers for a welcome dinner in the hotel restaurant.

Day 3: OLD JAMESON DISTILLERY
Today visit the Old Jameson Distillery which was voted Worlds leading Distillery Tour in 2018 and 2019. While here enjoy a fully guided immersive tour to learn about the history and process of whiskey making. Finally end with a comparative whiskey tasting and complimentary Jameson cocktail. Then continue on to visit EPIC Ireland which celebrates the dramatic story of the spread of Irish culture around the globe and how Ireland has changed throughout the years. Return to your hotel where you might like to relax or freshen up before tonights festivities. This evening head to Nancy Hands Restaurant to enjoy an authentic Irish dinner with your group. After take part in a Pull Your Own Pint experience where you will learn how to pull the perfect pint.

Day 4: DUBLIN TO CORK
Leaving Dublin travel into County Tipperary for photos of the Rock of Cashel. These majestic church ruins are clustered high on a limestone outcrop overlooking the surrounding countryside. Continue into Kinsale and stop to visit Kinsale Mead to learn about the ancient art of mead making. While here you will have the opportunity to taste a selection of meads including some only offered in the Meadery. Transfer to your hotel in Cork check in and spend the rest of the day free for independent exploring and dining.

Day 5: BLARNEY CASTLE
This morning drive into Blarney where you can climb the battlements of Blarney Castle and kiss the famous Stone of Eloquence. Continue your travel into Killarney and set off on a horsedrawn jaunting car ride through the grounds of the Killarney National Park. Motor a short distance to your hotel check in and settle into your room. In the evening meet your group in the hotel restaurant for a delicious meal.

Day 6: RING OF KERRY
After breakfast set off to explore the Ring of Kerry which consist of over 100 miles of marvelous scenery. See some of Irelands highest peaks on one side of the road and a coastline scattered with golden beaches and rocky headlands on the other. There will also be plenty of stops to takein the scenery and to snap photos. Continue on to visit the Skellig Six18 Distillery where you can see beautiful views of the Skellig Coastline. While here enjoy a guided tour of the distillery followed by a tasting of the finished product. Return to your hotel in Killarney and enjoy some free time before a festive evening with your group. Tonight head to the Celtic Whiskey Bar to enjoy a wonderful dinner with your group followed by whiskey and chocolate pairing.

Day 7: CLIFFS OF MOHER
Departing Killarney travel into Tarbert and take a short ferry ride across the River Shannon Estuary. Next drive along the coast of scenic County Clare to visit the Cliffs of Moher one of Irelands most beloved natural landmarks. See magical vistas overlooking the shimmering Atlantic Ocean along with Irelands Western coastline. Continue your journey into Ennis check into your hotel and settle into your room. This evening you might like to sample the local cuisine by dining at a nearby venue.

Day 8: ATLANTIC SHEEPDOGS
Today head to Atlantic Sheepdogs where you will have the opportunity to experience farm life and see some of the worlds smartest sheepdogs working in their natural environment. Continue your drive into Donegal check into your hotel and spend some time at leisure before dining in the hotel restaurant with your group.

Day 9: SLIEVE LEAGUE SEA CLIFFS
After breakfast visit the Sliabh Liag Distillery where you will learn the history of Donegals immense distilling heritage before enjoying a sample of the finished product with your group. Then continue on to visit the Slieve League Sea Cliffs where the highest point reaches 1972 feet making them the highest in Europe. The cliffs drop straight down to the wild Atlantic waves below and you will see marvelous vistas. Return to your hotel in Donegal and enjoy the rest of the day free to sightsee shop and dine on your own.

Day 10: BREHON BREWHOUSE
Leaving Donegal journey into Dunelty to visit the Brehon Brewhouse which was founded by Dairy Farmer Seamus McMahon in 2014. While here enjoy a tour of the farm and microdistillery followed by a sandwich lunch with your group. After your visit drive into Enfield and check into the beautiful Johnstown Estate. Spend the balance of the afternoon free to relax or enjoy the amenities the Estate offers. In the evening join your fellow travelers for a farewell dinner in Johnstown Estates fine restaurant.

Day 11: RETURN TO THE UNITED STATES
All too soon your vacation has come to its final day. Transfer to Dublin Airport in good time to check in for your flight. You may do some last minute shopping at the duty free stores before boarding your aircraft and flying back to the United States.
